How long does setup take?
Most facilities are ready to check patients in within a few days. You add departments, staff and prices, and we help you import existing patient lists.
Can I import the patient records I already have?
Yes. We give you a template for patients and staff, and help with the first import so the data comes across cleanly.
Can I manage more than one facility?
Yes. Staff with access to more than one facility can switch between them from the sidebar. Each facility's patients, bills and stock stay separate.
Who can see patient information?
Access depends on each person's role, and only admins can manage staff. Visit chats follow the same rules.
Does it handle SHA and private insurance claims?
Yes. Record the insurer on the visit and track the claim through to payment. Insurance and SHA claims are part of the Hospital plan.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. We don't ask for a credit card to start the trial.
